WoWzaa... long time since last time!
Been so busy with work and all so haven't really been thinking about my blog, sorry sorry! I am in Iceland at the moment and will be for a while, sheize it is so weird not being in London... I miss the pubs and the tube (believe it or not) I miss my London friends and the crazy parties! But here is good too, I'm lovin' catching up with my old buddies and work is interesting.

I was cleaning out my grandma's flat with my mom the other day (she has moved to an elderly home, bless her she's 94) but she has awesome stuff, I got some old blouses, hats and scarfs... pretty colours and veeery nice patterns!! Love it!

My super diet

So I started going to the Gym, and have a new personal trainer... you super readers probably don't even give a fuck, but I had to write down my diet! Then I found out I don't really eat anything!

Note- I only eat ONE of those things at a time, never two or more courses.

Breakfast – Somewhere between 09:00 – 10:00
-Usually nothing, or glass of water and half a cup of coffee!

Lunch – Always between 12:00 and 13:00.
-2x Toasts with cheese NO BUTTER, I always eat brown bread.
-Salad with tuna and lots of cucumbers.
-Yesterdays leftovers, like pasta.
-Glass of water or a can of Diet Coke.

Coffee break – anytime
-Coffee, one cup! 2x biscuits mmm....!
-Apple or orange Juice, only one glass

Dinner – Never later than 20:00
-Pasta with pesto, one serving.
-If I’m feeling happy I make veggie tortillas...I cook maybe twice a month!!
-Green salad along with brown bread.
-Sometimes pita bread with salad, falafel and hummus.
-One glass of water or a can of Diet Coke to drink.

Usually I have a craving of something sweet after dinner, so I might have 2 biscuits, usually chocolate ones or fig rolls.

Weekends – I eat out alot on weekends but usually during the lunch time, often pizza or pasta sometimes asian food like noodles, I can never finish my plate unless it is pizza then I eat the whole thing. Then quick snack for dinnner (toast) and then drinks... beer, wine (maybe 3pints and 2 glasses of white) I never ever eat food after drinking, like drunken peoples food yukkk!!!

I prefer to eat something simple, I don’t enjoy cooking and usually don’t bother to eat if I have to open more than two pieces of packaging!

For me, this used to work very well, never been fat!!

Bought a new dress for this christmas season, got few parties and christmas to attend to! I was gonna go for a total 60's look this year but changed my mind last minute, I got this really pretty purple dress that sort of looks like candy wrap YUMMIE! So this weekend was pretty fun, compared to last few! But anyway, friday went out pubbing with my mates from Loewy, we got pretty pissed, Ben had to down few pints hahaaha! I thought he was gonna spew all over but he didn't. After the pub some of us went to Embargo, Kings Road. It's this cheesy shitty club, have been there before but what the heck!! Got home and totally collapsed on my bed. The first time I woke up the morning after I wasn't quite right so I went to bed again, pretty much sums up saturday. I dragged myself out of bed, got into my saturday night outfit, and went all the way to Shoreditch, do that trip several times a week though, was supposed to go to a house party with Agata but my phone died and I lost her. Met up with Tok and went to Pool bar aka. bimbo bar. It was Wendys Bday ......ooohhh and a shout out to GUBBA it was her bday too!!xxxxxx Later I dragged the whole bunch to a warehouse party in Hackney woohaaa, Chongy my crazy pal was there so we where up to no good!! oh and Evy and Marte where there too SHABBAA!!!! Went to a private view last night at Haunch of Venison gallery, saw this guy called Patrick Tuttofuoco ...what a name, and his exhibition Chindia, well mostly went for the free booze.
