My super diet
So I started going to the Gym, and have a new personal trainer... you super readers probably don't even give a fuck, but I had to write down my diet! Then I found out I don't really eat anything!
Note- I only eat ONE of those things at a time, never two or more courses.
Breakfast – Somewhere between 09:00 – 10:00
-Usually nothing, or glass of water and half a cup of coffee!
Lunch – Always between 12:00 and 13:00.
-2x Toasts with cheese NO BUTTER, I always eat brown bread.
-Salad with tuna and lots of cucumbers.
-Yesterdays leftovers, like pasta.
-Glass of water or a can of Diet Coke.
Coffee break – anytime
-Coffee, one cup! 2x biscuits mmm....!
-Apple or orange Juice, only one glass
Dinner – Never later than 20:00
-Pasta with pesto, one serving.
-If I’m feeling happy I make veggie tortillas...I cook maybe twice a month!!
-Green salad along with brown bread.
-Sometimes pita bread with salad, falafel and hummus.
-One glass of water or a can of Diet Coke to drink.
Usually I have a craving of something sweet after dinner, so I might have 2 biscuits, usually chocolate ones or fig rolls.
Weekends – I eat out alot on weekends but usually during the lunch time, often pizza or pasta sometimes asian food like noodles, I can never finish my plate unless it is pizza then I eat the whole thing. Then quick snack for dinnner (toast) and then drinks... beer, wine (maybe 3pints and 2 glasses of white) I never ever eat food after drinking, like drunken peoples food yukkk!!!
I prefer to eat something simple, I don’t enjoy cooking and usually don’t bother to eat if I have to open more than two pieces of packaging!
For me, this used to work very well, never been fat!!
